How much do estate agents in poland charge?

Answer

The general charge is that the buyer pays 3% and the seller pays 3%. This remains the norm although a number of agents now do not charge the seller. Very occassionally they will not charge the buyer, sometimes at the instruction of the seller who will have made an agreement with the estate agent on this matter in order to make their property more attractive.
