The Foreign Direct Investment Confidence Index is the result of a survey where major businesses around the world are asked how likely it will be that they will be investing in any particular country the next year. Investment being in terms of establishing a presence, buying into an existing enterprise, etc.

Poland has been in the top 20 of this global measure consistanly for many years suggesting it is seen as a stable and positive place to invest.
