It happened; you participated. You permitted someone to take you out of your safe place, the peace-infused environment where GOD was waiting for you.
Now you find yourself, unfortunately, in unholy territory, a place where you did not want to trespass again.
Did you curse when you should have blessed?
Did you yell and scream when you should have used your indoor voice?
Did you cry aloud to defend your actions?
Did you blame, accuse, judge, plan retaliation (verbal or otherwise), maybe sabotage or spread vicious rumors, instead of praying earnestly to GOD for self-control?
No thoughts of forgiveness, not a single thread of compassion ran through your mind or in your heart.
You did not ace this test; because you caved in and did not let GOD navigate you through the mess.
Unfortunately, you became once again the person that you thought only resided in your past.
